CARING FOR OUR COMMUNITY
- Appointed by Councilman John Lavarine to the Soniat Canal Drainage Advisory Board, which helped to spur the Pump to the River drainage project.
- Appointed to the Jefferson Parish Litter Advisory Board
- Serves as the St. Mary Magdalen Crawfish Cookoff Co-chairman, which helps to raise thousands of dollars for the school every year
DEDICATED TO OUR YOUTH
- John has been coaching for over 35 years, and currently coaches the Louisiana Lightning Baseball team.
- He was a longtime coach at Harahan Playground coaching both baseball and basketball while stressing teamwork and perseverance.
